WHAT IS THE UPP PROGRAM?
It is a community program, offering a new approach to reduce conflicts and improve relationships between individuals, community groups, businesses, government agencies, youth organizations and all who would like to participate.
WHAT ARE UPP WORKSHOPS?
It is an intensive learning experience, offering two-day workshops on three levels
- The Basic Workshop
- The Advanced Workshop
- The Training for Facilitators
The workshops help individuals develop basic conflict resolution skills to help them de-escalate conflicts and transform situations through transforming power.
The UPP Basic Workshop
The Basic Workshop helps individuals develop basic conflict resolution skills to help them to de-escalate conflicts and transform situations.
The Basic Workshop involves a series of experimental exercises in small groups that build community and trust.

- You or your group can sponsor a UPP Workshop.
- You or your group can sponsor a participant in an UPP Workshop at __ per person.
