Mission Statement
DreamQuest Academy, Incorporated , a not-for-profit 501(c )3 organization, mission is to promote positive development of children, youth and their families as they grow into competent and caring citizens; and to intervene in behaviors detrimental to their mental, physical or social health by promoting and/or providing sports/martial arts training and activities which enrich the community to be supportive.
Approach
DreamQuest Academy takes a holistic approach to its mission by providing a curriculum grounded in children and youth development promoting the qualities and skills that young people need to avoid risks and to lead successful lives, and by introducing programs aimed at preventing alcohol, tobacco and other drugs use, violence, dropping out of school, and early sexual experiences. It is a collaborative framework involving committed parents, volunteers and professionals.
